The Volumetric Piston Water Meter achieves high accuracy through direct volume measurement, where a precision piston displaces a known volume per cycle.

Installation:

• Can be installed in any position (horizontal, vertical, or inclined) without affecting accuracy.

• A strainer must be installed to prevent sand or particles from jamming the piston.

• Ensure the pipeline is fully purged of air to avoid measurement errors or rattling.

 

Accuracy:

• From minimum flow rate (Q1) inclusive, to transitional flow rate (Q2) exclusive: ±5%

• From transitional flow rate (Q2) inclusive, to overload flow rate (Q4) exclusive: ±2%

• Hot water meter ±3%
